Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. The Free plan includes a full POS register, unlimited products and orders, and receipt printing — free forever, no card required to start. You only pay card processing on EFTPOS transactions.
What rate will I actually pay?
Rates shown are indicative. Your final rate is confirmed at signup based on your card mix and volume — most venues land on a single low flat rate across Visa, Mastercard and eftpos.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade when you add screens or locations, or downgrade at the end of any billing month. There are no lock-in contracts or exit fees.
Do I pay per register?
The Free plan includes one register. Plus includes up to three registers per location, and Premium is unlimited — pricing is per location, not per device.
